Short version: this site runs analytics to see which work gets read, and it stores an email address when you deliberately send one. That is the whole story. Nothing is sold and nothing is shared for advertising.
No cookies are set until you accept them. If you decline, analytics still count the visit, but without any cookie or browser storage, and nothing links one visit to the next. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Analytics run on PostHog, hosted in the European Union and proxied through this domain so the requests never go to a third-party host directly. It records pages viewed, referrer, browser, approximate country, and interactions such as opening the Architect tool or tapping a contact button. Session replay is enabled with every form input masked, so typed content is never captured.
The contact form and the Architect-in-a-Box lead capture ask for an email address. That address is used to reply to you and nothing else. It is never added to a mailing list and never passed to advertisers.
This site is small, and so is the list:
Analytics data is retained by PostHog under the retention period of the plan this site runs on, currently one year, after which it ages out automatically. Messages you send through a form are kept while the conversation is useful and removed on request.
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. There is no form and no process to fight. Send an email and it gets handled.
For anything on this page, including deletion requests, email [email protected].
